Sheila Armstrong is a writer and editor from the north-west of Ireland. She is the author of How To Gut A Fish, a collection of short stories, and Falling Animals, a novel, both published by Bloomsbury.
Her books have been translated into multiple languages and shortlisted for the Irish Book Awards, the Society of Authors Awards, the Kate O’Brien Award, the Edge Hill Prize, and the RSL Ondaatje Prize. She is an Arts Council Next Generation Artist and an An Post Best New Irish Writer.
